The next meeting is scheduled for October 12, 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Live Oak County Farm Bureau office. The next GMA 16 meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Brush Country GCD office in Falfurrias. The comments to the DFC to be considered are under the DFC 2026 tab.

The Live Oak Underground Water Conservation District was created by the Legislature and the voters of Live Oak County confirmed the District in 1991.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Live Oak Underground Water Conservation District is to protect and assure a sufficient quantity of quality water for our constituents use.

Development and enforcement of water district rules concerning conservation of groundwater.
